Skeinz and its wider community of the Skeinz Speak Easy strive to be a safe, inclusive and caring space where everyone is able to share their love, enthusiasm and creativity of all yarn crafts.

Skeinz is a business and community of many colours, cultures, ethnicities, religions and sexualities and we welcome all to our business, store and online communities.

To continue to do this we ask you, our customers and community, to tell us when you feel you have not had your needs met. Please never hesitate to email us with your concerns or report any posts that you feel breech the integrity of the community. This is your space as much as it is ours and your input is vital to help us grow, evolve and advocate of your behalf.

We have introduced new guidelines into our Facebook Group the Skeinz Speak Easy, in order to safeguard all its members and encourage our commitment of inclusion to the wider crafting community.
