The new Skeinz website is more than just a jazzy new design and new functionality, it is a complete new site – front to back, top to bottom. This means that the data we could carry from the old site to this one was limited. If you had an account with the old site we were able to carry your basic details across, but because this is a new site, with greater functionality and security we require you to reset your password. You will be prompted to do this the first time you go to login.
When this happens you will be sent an email to create your new password, which may need to be longer and stronger that what you have used before. If you can’t find the email, make sure you check your ‘junk’, ‘spam’ ‘other’ ‘clutter’ folders in your email inbox – it will be there!
Failing that, if you feel like you want to start a fresh with new an entirely new profile – have at it! As we were unable to transfer your sales history to the new site, starting a new profile is just fine.
