Purl Foundry 8ply Ridgeline Sweater

The Ridgeline Sweater is a relaxed V-neck sweater worked seamlessly from the top down. It features saddle shoulders, simultaneous yoke/sleeve construction and a distinct seamless line running the length of each sleeve. There’s no pick up join or seam at the top of the sleeves; it just flows directly from the yoke which makes for a really fun and interesting knit.

Knit it in a single strand of 8 ply, or hold 4 ply together with laceweight mohair for a softer finish. The blue sweater in the photos was made with 8ply by itself and the beige sweater was made with 4ply held double with 2ply silk mohair.
